What language will the sessions be conducted in?

All sessions will be conducted in English.

Is there any dress code?​

​Clay making can get messy. Wear clothes that you do not mind getting dirty in.

You will also have a better experience with short nails and tied hair.

​Can I still join the session if I have injuries or medical issues?

For minor injuries, such as cuts or open wounds, please notify us before the session.

For other injuries or medical issues, please notify us beforehand. We will advise you accordingly.​

​Will the session start on time? Can I still join the session if I'm late?

The session will commence on the dot. Late comers will be asked to join the session where ever they are. They will guided after the demonstration.

No additional time will be given.

If you are 10 minutes late, notify us so that we can help you reschedule the session.

Terms and Conditions

Each entitled vessel must be within 15cmx15cmx15cm dimension.

Additional cost applies accordingly for works bigger than stated dimension.

Additional vessels cost $10 per piece and additional color at $5 for per vessel.

Due to the drying, bisque firing, glazing and glaze firing process, works will take approximately 6-8 weeks to be ready.

The unpredictable nature of clay, glaze and kiln firing may vary the outcome of the works. This includes but is not limited to change in glaze color, glaze separations, glaze bubbling, cracks, chips, etc. If it is an issue that needs to be addressed, Customers will be informed accordingly.

The primary contact person will be contacted for all the works submitted together in one glaze form. Vessels submitted on separate forms will not be contacted together.

Customers will be given 2 weeks to collect their works upon getting notified, via WhatsApp/text. Works not collected by the mentioned deadline will be discarded. Dirt and Wonder will not be responsible nor issue refunds for the loss of works.

Vessels that leave the studio after collection will no longer be Dirt and Wonder's responsibility. Hence we urge for you to check your vessels during collection.
